Renovations with the Best Resale Value

When it comes to remodeling, many homeowners want to make sure they’ll get a return on their investment if and when they decide to sell their home. Not all renovations are created equally. Some pay off immediately while others may do absolutely nothing to increase the value of your home. So which renovations are you likely to see an actual return on your investment? Bathrooms? Kitchens? Adding storage?

I’m not sure I agree with these numbers because in our area, depending on how elaborately the work is done, bath remodels, new windows, curb appeal and possibly fixture upgrades almost always return far more than the initial expense.
